Each year, Tyne & Wear Archives & Museums produces a corporate plan which sets out our mission and beliefs, strategic objectives and a service plan for each of the client bodies that we manage venues and services for.
The corporate plan describes the activities that will enable us to achieve our objectives and the criteria by which our achievements will be measured.
The plan has been generated in consultation with our key client bodies. It describes why we exist, what we will do, how we will do it, how we will measure it and by when.
